Qualifications

• Experience with field and usability research methods.
• 7+ years hands-on field research and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic research advisor and leader, conducting high-impact workplace-related research studies across objectives and customer problems.
• Consult GREF stakeholders to identify the most pressing business questions and develop actionable analysis plans in partnership with Research Scientists.
• Own complex, high-impact research initiatives, including roadmaps, questionnaire design, data synthesis, and socialization of insights to drive action.
• Manage vendor relationships for large-scale quantitative research projects.
• Inspire decision makers to act on findings to improve the workplace experience.
• Mentor teams and stakeholders on best practices in user research within GREF.
• Identify research opportunities to increase data-driven decisions within GREF.
• Present findings to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
