Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Strategy Manager for AI & Security within the GREF Business Partnering team in Seattle. You will bridge business units with GREF to align real estate strategies with objectives and lead the development of executive real estate presentations and business cases.

You will partner with AI and Security leadership, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive plans, track SLAs, and deliver insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner across enterprise partners and GREF teams to support executive leaders.
• Build systems and tracking mechanisms to deliver SLAs.
• Establish rhythm of business for orgs and integrate GREF into planning cadences.
• Implement reporting mechanisms to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead development of executive-level real estate presentations and business cases.
