Amazon’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) seeks a Senior Research Strategist to lead large-scale workplace research programs that shape strategy, experience, and communications. Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on work with field research, ethnography, lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototypes, iterative testing, concept testing and survey design.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods and ability to design studies.
• Portfolio with study plans, reports and personas.

Responsabilités

• Be a strategic research advisor and leader conducting high-impact workplace research across business objectives.
• Consult stakeholders to identify key questions and develop actionable analysis plans.
• Own complex research initiatives including roadmaps, guides, analyses of big data and qualitative feedback.
• Manage vendor relationships on large-scale quantitative research projects.
• Translate insights into actionable opportunities to delight customers and improve the workplace.
• Coach and mentor teams on best practices in user research across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to increase data-driven decision-making within GREF.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders from contributors to senior leadership.
