Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor contracts and evaluate performance for services (cleaning, maintenance).
• Build and maintain relationships with building management and resolve facility issues.
• Ensure workplace safety and emergency preparedness, OSHA compliance.
• Deliver a seamless experience for executives and VIP guests, including conference-room prep.
• Manage office supplies, pantry, events logistics, and support moves and space improvements.
• Oversee contractor/vendor staff to ensure consistent operations.
• Identify and resolve workplace issues proactively.
