Job summary

JLL in New York is seeking a Global Workplace Experience Lead to set the vision and standards for the client’s workplace experience across global sites. You will drive quality and continuous improvement of the employee experience while leading regional Workplace Experience Managers.

You will partner with Real Estate, Facilities, HR, and other teams to align programs with business priorities, manage budgets, and drive vendor performance across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in workplace experience, hospitality, or similar fields, with 5+ years in global or multi-region leadership.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams across geographies and establish operating standards.
• Strong background in experience design, programming, hospitality, culture activation, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the global workplace experience strategy aligned to client culture and real estate footprint.
• Establish a global operating model including governance, roles, escalation, playbooks, training, and performance standards across regions.
• Lead regional Workplace Experience Managers with strategic direction, coaching, and development.
• Partner with Real Estate and Experience teams to align programming with business priorities and workforce needs.
• Set global standards for community management, events, hospitality, and employee communications.
