Job Responsibilities

• Own global workplace strategy, including space planning and headcount-driven growth across managed U.S. office and shared workspace locations.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate performance for services like cleaning and building maintenance.
• Build and maintain relationships with building management and resolve facility issues.
• Ensure workplace safety and emergency preparedness, maintaining compliance with OSHA and local safety standards.
• Deliver a seamless experience for executives and VIP guests, including hosting and preparing conference rooms.
• Manage office supplies, pantry, and event logistics, and support office moves and space improvements.
• Oversee contractor/vendor staff to ensure consistent workplace operations.
• Identify and resolve workplace issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in facilities, real estate, or workplace management, ideally with a global scope.
• Experience supporting lease processes, negotiating vendor contracts, and managing budgets.
• Experience leading office openings, relocations, or expansions.
• Working knowledge of workplace safety standards and experience developing emergency response plans.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior executives and VIPs.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $48 – $58/hr
