Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join our advisory professionals team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate finance, analytics, planning and HR. You will lead Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstreams on implementations and help design cohesive cross-functional solutions.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, at Sr. Consultant level or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate2s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
• Bonus points if you have Canadian payroll processing, Workday Canadian PATT, strong US payroll knowledge, HR processes knowledge, and experience with payroll software such as ADP GlobalView, SAP, Ceridian, ADP eTime, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle or Ultimate.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Support creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Support year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
