Responsibilities

• Lead design authority for Workday PSA, Projects, Billing, and Revenue Management.
• Architect end-to-end PSA processes and integrations with ERP and CRM.
• Guide discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment across regions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and partners to ensure governance.
