Job summary

WPP is seeking a seasoned Workday PSA Lead to join the Workday Services team. You will support and enhance the existing Workday deployment, expanding PSA and integrated apps across geographies and capabilities.

Reporting to the Workday PSA Product Manager, you will drive issue resolution and deliver enhancements that increase value for stakeholders. Lead a growing team, build cross-functional relationships, and uphold global design standards while exploring innovative solutions including AI and

Qualifications

7–10+ years global ERP support experience in a complex organization.
Strong technical knowledge of configuration, reporting and integrations in Workday.
Outstanding understanding of professional services processes and systems in a global organisation.
Team leadership and mentoring a growing team.
Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders in IT and cross the wider WPP business.
Creative solutioning and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Be the WPP subject matter expert on Workday PSA and integrated applications.
Build the capability to make changes without support from Workday partners.
Resolve assigned tickets for Workday PSA and integrated applications.
Develop assigned enhancements from concept to delivery with other Workday resources.
Maintain expertise on new functionality/features/capabilities in Workday and PSA/technology trends.
Safeguard global design standards and principles against competing requests.
Make recommendations for continuous improvement including AI and RPA.
