Job summary

Xometry seeks an experienced Workday Systems Lead Consultant to drive the end-to-end Workday implementation across the organization. This 1-year contract role partners with HR, IT, Finance and external partners to enable phased go-lives from Q1–Q3 2027.

You will oversee design, configuration and security for a global tenant, coordinating data, testing and integrations to ensure scalable, compliant processes across US and international regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Workday configuration/consulting experience.
• Led at least one full Workday implementation from design to go-live.
• Experience across Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Workday implementation as primary systems lead.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance and SI partners for design and config.
• Configure security, data conversion and governance for multi-region rollout.
