Job summary

Adapt1Solution is seeking a certified Workday HCM consultant to drive end-to-end Workday implementations, phase-2 rollouts, and post-go-live optimization across North America. You will partner with client HR teams to translate people processes into Workday configuration and lead functional workstreams.

As a consultant, you will collaborate with HR, payroll and business stakeholders, conduct design workshops, and mentor junior team members, while traveling up to 25% to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Workday HCM Core certification; additional certs in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting or Talent are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Workday HCM experience in implementation, support or optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes from hire-to-retire, compensation cycles, benefits enrollment and leave management.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support configuration of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Onboarding).
• Facilitate requirements-gathering and design workshops with HR, payroll and business stakeholders.
• Build supervisory and matrix organizations, job architecture, business processes, security roles and reports.
• Support data conversion, integration testing, end-user testing and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend solutions aligned with Workday best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help develop junior consultants.
