Job summary
Xometry, a leading on-demand manufacturing platform, seeks a Workday Systems Lead Consultant to drive a full global Workday implementation across US and international regions. This 1-year contract role requires hands-on configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery-focused leadership from design through go-live.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration/consulting experience.
- Led at least one full global Workday implementation with cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience supporting multiple regional configurations and localization (US, EMEA, China, India).
- Experience partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and external implementation partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead global Workday implementation from design to go-live.
- Partner with SI and project team to gather requirements and translate to configuration.
- Configure and support Core HCM, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, US Payroll.
- Design security, data governance, and workflows aligned to org structure.
- Provide go-live support and post-go-live stabilization.
