Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting Workday implementations.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM Core, Security, and Reporting.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership for the HRIS ecosystem.
• Implement medium to large-scale HRIS projects.
• Work closely with HR and IT to ensure system alignment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
