Responsibilities

• Guide implementations across modules: HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management.

Skills

10+ years of experience with Workday or comparable HR/ERP systems

Deep expertise in Workday architecture, modules, and integrations

Strong skills in security design, reporting, and data analytics

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
