Job summary

Albemarle Netherlands BV is seeking an experienced HRIS Architect responsible for the architectural leadership and solution design of the organization’s HRIS ecosystem. This role ensures the HRIS platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with HR, Payroll, and enterprise IT strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting Workday implementations.
• 2–3+ years in a Workday Architect or equivalent senior role.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM Core, Security, and Reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the architectural authority for the Workday platform.
• Lead solution design across Workday HCM Core, Security, and Reporting.
• Architect and support Workday Payroll solutions and ADP.
• Design and govern Workday Prism Analytics solutions.
• Lead medium to large‑scale HRIS implementation.
