• 3+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and documenting designs.
• 2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors to resolve defects.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to HR and Payroll tech needs across HR orgs.
• Establishes relationships across HR Tech and HR to align solutions.
• Collaborates to support Workday Core HCM roadmap and priorities.
• Translates business needs into technical solutions with timelines.
• Maintains documentation, test plans, and delivery milestones.
• Participates in Workday releases and regression testing.
