• Proficient in gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and documenting designs.
• Experience collaborating with SaaS vendors on defects and issues.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR and payroll technology support across HR partners and shared services.
• Builds cross-functional relationships to design and implement solutions.
• Maintains deliverables, timelines, and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Supports Workday Core HCM with roadmap alignment and global priorities.
• Performs requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Leads regression testing coordination and release readiness.
