Job summary

Accenture seeks a Workday Financials Grants Lead to join a global advisory team. You will gather requirements, design and prototype solutions, and lead client workshops to ensure cohesive, cross-functional grants implementations.

You will advise on industry best practices, apply Accenture methodologies, and collaborate with consultants to deliver scalable Workday-based financials and grants across industries. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials Grants implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience.
• Workday Financials and Grants Partner Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Lead workshops for client education
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday Grants solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices
• Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies
