Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Grants Lead to guide grant-related Workday deployments for clients in the United States. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure cross-functional alignment across payroll, HR, and financials, applying Accenture methodologies.

The role requires certification and hands-on implementation experience, with travel up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials Grants implementation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning platforms.

Responsabilités

• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday Grants solutions with cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
