Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across operations. You will lead WHS program implementation, conduct risk assessments, and drive safety initiatives that balance protection with productivity.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership, analyze safety data, and oversee audits and emergency response. Strong communication and leadership will engage associates and strengthen the safety culture across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and safety compliance efforts.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations and influence strategic decisions.
• Lead site audits and manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
• Engage associates and build a culture of safety through effective communication and leadership.
