Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety Manager to lead the Global WHS Program implementation and act as the safety champion across operations. You will conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and develop practical safety solutions that protect associates while maintaining productivity.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily workflows, manage the first aid program, and drive audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.
