Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Manager to lead the global WHS program with hands-on safety management and strategic thinking. You will partner with Operations leadership to protect associates, conduct risk assessments, and drive safety initiatives while enabling productivity at delivery stations and manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities include safety data analysis, audits, incident trend review, and managing first aid and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years in WHS/ENV in manufacturing, production, or service ops.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs; or 2+ years in Amazon Safety.
• Experience with leadership and people management; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety leadership across sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive safety compliance, audits, and incident trend analyses.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities at the site.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to embed safety into operations.
