LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Director, Technology to set strategic global direction for web-hosted systems and to lead the North America operations. You will coordinate with architecture, publishing, and IT teams to ensure service levels while guiding global standards, budgets, and technology thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in web systems or infrastructure leadership roles.
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat and Apache is required.
• Strong project management and ability to lead multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with clients and vendors.
• Ability to travel to remote locations as needed.
• Ability to provide off-hours support when required.

Responsabilités

• Manage North America operations and administrative activities for external facing applications.
• Oversee global operation of source control, planning, collaboration and ticketing systems.
• Serve as technical resource and point of contact for global teams and vendors.
• Review performance and capacity reports and drive capacity planning.
• participate in IT change management and provide supervision to staff.
• Ensure protection of company and client information assets.
• Plan sessions with business leaders to guide technical standards.
