Job summary

SNAP-ON BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, located in Richfield, OH, seeks an experienced IT leader to set strategic direction for web hosting systems and manage global operations across internal and external platforms.

You will work with architecture, publishing, and IT teams to define service levels, standards, budgets, and thought leadership while guiding multiple projects and staff toward successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading web systems/infrastructure activities.
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat, and Apache is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage North America operations and admin activities for external-facing application support.
• Oversee global operation of source code management, project planning, and collaboration systems.
• Serve as a tech resource for architecture teams and provide problem resolution for supported infrastructure.
• Monitor performance and capacity reports and coordinate with IT to resolve issues.
