WSP Global Inc. seeks a Director, IT Delivery & Solutions to lead strategic technology delivery for customer support center operations. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure technology solutions and govern end-to-end architecture across cloud, security, data, and integrations.

You will drive bids, solution development, and executive-level engagements with customers while partnering with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align technology initiatives with commercial goals.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, solution architecture, IT leadership, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise technology implementations and customer-facing technology programs.
• Significant experience designing and delivering technology solutions for customer support centers, contact centers, or similar environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical solution development for RFPs, RFQs, bids, proposals, and major customer pursuits.
• Strong experience with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, applications, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and data.
• Experience working with senior executives and customer leadership.
• Ability to balance technical quality, business requirements, delivery risk, and commercial considerations.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic technology leadership for customer support center solutions and related IT capabilities.
• Establish technology strategies, standards, and architectural principles supporting the business.
• Partner with VP of Technology Delivery to execute broader delivery strategy.
• Define scalable approaches for designing and supporting customer environments.
• Lead technology evaluations and strategic partnerships with vendors and platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end architecture governance across applications, cloud, security, data, and integrations.
• Guide bids and solution development for major customer pursuits and proposals.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and operationally ready across lifecycle stages.
