Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; certifications considered.
• 8+ years leading web systems or infrastructure teams.
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat and Apache is required.
• Experience with development tools preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, technical staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage North America operation and admin activities for external facing application support.
• Oversee global operation of source code management (Accurev), PlanView, SharePoint, and Jira environments.
• Serve as technical resource for global application & architecture teams and resolve issues.
• Review performance/capacity reports, collaborate to solve capacity needs and tune performance.
• Sit on IT change management committee.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance discussions, compensation adjustments.
• Protect information assets and enforce security controls.
• Plan sessions with leadership to guide standards and direction.
• Maintain knowledge of databases, publishing tools, Solaris/Linux, storage, and backup.
• Identify risks and communicate progress to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
