Responsibilities

• Establish the Global EOM Function: create and scale a global Enterprise Order Management function with governance and service models.
• Set Enterprise Strategy and Multi-Year Roadmap across lines, markets, and platforms.
• Provide Executive Governance and Steering for scope, funding, architecture, risk, and adoption.
• Shape the O2C Enterprise Lens: align order capture, validation, orchestration, billing readiness, and revenue.
• Drive Global Collaboration across Product, Sales, Services, Technology, Finance, Controllership and Legal.
• Lead Enterprise Platform and Integration Strategy with CRM/CPQ, contracting, catalog, and billing systems.
• Govern Enterprise Standards and Engagement Models to reduce bespoke solutions.
• Sponsor Transformation Delivery and Adoption across discovery, design, implementation, and optimization.
