Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Operations – MPMS Card Fulfilment to lead the Card Fulfilment team in forecasting, production, replenishment and distribution of card and collateral items. You will partner with global product teams, vendors and DCs to ensure SLA adherence, order management, and data-driven improvements while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization within the MPMS Card

Qualifications

Experience in managing a supply chain function, including international shipping and vendor management.
Demonstrated people leadership experience.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and external partners.
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

Forecasting and Demand Planning for card and collateral components to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with manufacturers, print providers and distributors.
Manage SLA adherence and quality monitoring.
Oversee daily Card Fulfilment operations: orders, PO/PR, invoice reconciliations.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and scale.
Coordinate distribution and shipping as required.
