Mastercard in Purchase, NY, seeks a strategic Vice President to lead process excellence and standardization across the Law Department. You will design, optimize, and standardize legal workflows, partnering with technology and analytics teams to scale services globally.

The role demands strong leadership, client-centric process design, and data-driven decision making to improve efficiency, risk management, and user experience across the enterprise.

Formación

• Deep experience in process excellence, business transformation, operations, consulting, or continuous improvement roles.
• Experience leading large-scale process redesign and operational transformation in corporate legal departments or similar contexts.
• Ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional initiatives in global organizations.
• Strong governance, change management, and organizational effectiveness capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Law Department process excellence strategy.
• Establish enterprise standards, methodologies, and governance for legal process design and continuous improvement.
• Map, assess, redesign, and standardize complex legal workflows.
• Partner with Legal Technology to translate optimized processes into scalable solutions.
• Develop process playbooks, service delivery models, and SOPs.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure performance, adoption, and impact.
• Influence senior leaders and facilitate governance forums.
