Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, GBSC Operations Excellence and Value Delivery to drive transformation, governance, and value across the SMP team. Lead cross-functional programs spanning technology, automation, analytics, and AI to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will own governance, performance management, and executive reporting, partnering with GBSC, technology, and external partners to enable scale and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and governance capabilities with experience in risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Translate the SMP multi-year transformation strategy into roadmaps, milestones, and outcomes.
• Oversee initiatives that optimize processes, expand services, and enable scale.
• Partner with technology teams on digital, automation, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Own SMP intake management, governance, and performance reviews.
• Define service standards, governance routines, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain executive reporting on service performance, transformation, and value realization.
• Monitor dashboard health, data quality, and pipeline reliability.
