Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Order Management to define the global EOM function, establish governance, and lead a multi-year transformation of the Order-to-Cash landscape. This role will align across Product, Sales, Services, Technology, and Finance to standardize orders and improve revenue visibility.

You will oversee platform strategy, integration with CRM/CPQ, and cross-functional collaboration with regional teams to enable scalable, auditable processes.

• Define the global EOM vision, governance, and operating model.
• Set enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap across lines and markets.
• Provide executive governance and steering for scope, funding, architecture, and adoption.
• Shape the O2C enterprise lens by aligning order capture, validation, and billing processes.
• Lead platform and integration strategy across CRM, CPQ, catalog, and finance systems.
• Oversee transformation delivery, change, training, and business readiness.
