Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Director of Executive Development to shape and lead the company’s enterprise approach to developing nearly 1,000 SVPs and EVPs worldwide. You will set strategy, oversee onboarding, milestone experiences, coaching, assessments, and team effectiveness to accelerate transitions and create lasting business impact.

The role partners with senior executives, People Partners, Talent Consultants, and external experts to deliver a cohesive executive development journey and grow

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leadership development for senior executives (SVPs/EVPs).
• Experience designing and delivering onboarding, milestone experiences, coaching, and team effectiveness programs.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve enterprise executive development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee an integrated portfolio including onboarding, milestones, coaching, assessments, and team effectiveness.
• Lead flagship experiences (e.g., Voyager) and executive celebrations across a global portfolio.
• Partner with senior leaders, People Business Partners, Talent teams, and external experts to deliver differentiated development journeys.
• Manage governance, budgets, and external partnerships to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Evaluate impact using feedback and outcomes data to improve experiences and communicate value.
