Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in professional engineering roles with 7+ years of people leadership.
• Experience in a highly matrix global organization.
• Experience in electrical components/systems design and program management.
• Proficiency in data center infrastructure, cooling, power, monitoring, redundancy.
• Executive-level communication skills and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Group President and Senior Leadership Team to set goals and objectives.
• Establish an integrated technology plan and roadmap across data center products lines.
• Lead a formal customer requirements intake and translation process to product/system requirements.
• Establish end-to-end system validation for integrated data center solutions.
• Drive alignment with product management and engineering on prioritization and roadmap integration.
• Implement governance to track customer-driven requirements from intake to release.
• Develop an execution model including program management and lean reviews.
• Ensure generation of a meaningful portfolio of intellectual property and protect IP.
• Oversee IP, environmental, export, and UL/CE compliance.
• Develop a high-performance workforce and grow leaders.
