The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, significant experience in electrical components, and proven success in a collaborative, global environment. A competitive salary range of $242,000 - $355,000 is offered along with a variable incentive program.

• 15+ years’ engineering experience with 7+ years of leadership.
• Experience in electrical components/systems design.
• Ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
