Job summary

Eaton is seeking a senior data center engineering leader to drive lifecycle design for North America, coordinating with regional and global engineering groups. The role focuses on delivering integrated electrical, mechanical, and digital solutions across hyperscale and strategic data center programs.

You will guide design reviews, manage technical risks, and mentor regional teams while advancing BIM and digital tooling adoption to improve speed and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years engineering experience, data center or mission-critical infra.
• Strong electrical and mechanical data center infra knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center design engineering across full customer lifecycle from requirements to execution.
• Partner with sales and engineering teams on major programs (hyperscale, neocloud, colocation).
• Develop integrated electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls, modular, and digital solutions for data centers.
• Connect North America with global engineering teams and Centers of Excellence.
