Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Global VP, Customer Success to lead a globally distributed team of Customer Success Managers focused on accelerating time to value, improving adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes from Entrust's Data Security portfolio.

As the Data Security business scales, you will build a high-performing, globally consistent CSM organization using data and AI-enabled insights to drive prioritization, risk management, and value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' enterprise IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years leading people in transformation and change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field.
• Ability to travel 25%–35%; role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed CSM organization with a consistent operating model.
• Use data, leading indicators, and AI-enabled insights to drive adoption and value.
• Partner with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Engineering to align outcomes.
• Build and scale processes for onboarding, health reviews, and risk governance.
• Position Customer Success as a growth engine for retention and expansion.
