Job summary

State Street Investment Management is seeking a Vice President, Head of Client Service & Delivery to lead the client service strategy for Investment Solutions (Multi-Asset). This role partners with Investments, Client Executives, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Product to enhance outcomes and global expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in institutional investment management or related field.
• Experience leading client service, operations, or client delivery activities.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or professional designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client service and delivery strategy across Investment Solutions Group.
• Oversee institutional client servicing, onboarding, reporting, performance measurement, and coordination.
• Maintain relationships with key institutional clients and consultants; serve as trusted advisor and escalation point.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of client service and delivery professionals across multiple regions.
• Establish service standards, governance frameworks, and operating procedures for consistency, quality, and scalability.
• Drive initiatives to enhance client experience through process improvement, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Partner with client executives and investment teams to support client retention and delivery of investment solutions.
• Champion organizational change initiatives and shape operating model alignment with broader IM processes.
• Ensure strong control environment through risk management and regulatory adherence.
• Use data, metrics, and client feedback to continuously improve service quality and organizational effectiveness.
