Job summary

State Street seeks a senior Americas Client Operations and Service Delivery Leader to provide executive oversight for Alpha clients across North and Latin America. The role owns the regional service model, ensures consistent execution, risk management and strategic growth, and partners with Product, Technology and Relationship Management to deliver a scalable, high-performing client experience.

The position requires 15+ years in leadership within investment operations or related client-facing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in investment operations or related client-facing operational roles.
• Proven experience leading large client operations and service delivery organizations for institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of institutional investment operations, front-to-back operating models and service capabilities.
• Track record of managing complex strategic client relationships and executive governance forums.
• Experience leading service transformation, onboarding, conversions and growth initiatives.
• Ability to lead large matrix organizations across operating centers and locations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with sales, product, technology and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Alpha Client Operations and Service Delivery across the Americas.
• Develop and execute a regional service strategy leveraging scale, technology and centers.
• Drive governance, risk management, service quality and client experience.
• Coordinate with global leadership and regional functions to ensure consistency and growth.
