Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client service and delivery strategy across Investment Solutions Group.
• Oversee institutional client servicing, onboarding, reporting, and ongoing support.
• Maintain relationships with key institutional clients and consultants.
• Lead a global team of client service and delivery professionals across regions.
• Establish service standards, governance, and operating procedures for consistency and scalability.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Partner with client executives and investment teams to support retention and delivery.
• Champion organizational change and align operating model with broader IM processes.
• Ensure a strong control environment through risk management and regulatory awareness.
