Job summary

State Street Investment Management is seeking a Vice President, Head of Client Service & Delivery to lead the client service strategy and operating model for its Investment Solutions (Multi-Asset) business.

This leader is responsible for delivering a differentiated institutional client experience while driving operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement across the service delivery organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in institutional investment management or related financial services.
• Experience leading client service, operations, or client delivery activities.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client service and delivery strategy across Investment Solutions Group.
• Oversee institutional client servicing, onboarding, reporting, performance measurement and attribution, and ongoing support.
• Lead a global team of client service professionals across regions.
• Establish service standards, governance, and scalable operating procedures.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Partner with client executives and investment teams to retain clients.
• Shape future operating model and alignment with IM processes.
• Ensure strong risk and regulatory awareness and adherence to firm policies.
• Use data, metrics, and client feedback to improve service quality.
