Job summary

State Street Investment Management seeks a Vice President to serve as Global Head of Client Solutions, Client Reporting Services within the CX Technology and Business Services organization. You will lead the team across North America and EMEA, ensuring responsive client reporting and coordination with production teams.

The role requires strong operational leadership, client-centric focus, risk discipline, and a proactive stance on automation and AI to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in asset management, client reporting, or related financial services operations.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex day-to-day operations.
• Experience coordinating across client-facing and production teams.
• Experience improving operational processes, controls and service delivery.
• Experience supporting operating-model transformation, automation, or tech-enabled process improvement.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Client Solutions team across North America and EMEA, managing 10+ professionals.
• Oversee client reporting inquiries, translate client needs into reporting requirements for production teams.
• Ensure service quality, risk management, and operational controls across Client Solutions.
• Design and execute a global operating model for Client Reporting, driving consistency and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI.
• Partner with CX teams to enhance end-to-end client reporting experience.
• Build and develop a high-performing, client-centric team.
