The position is hybrid with regular onsite days at the San Jose, CA office, and requires willingness to travel up to 50% to support international regions. Equity compensation is included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large global solution engineering teams.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology preferred.
• Proven track record in SAAS and pre-sales leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of solution engineers and presales specialists.
• Develop strategies and drive revenue through product adoption.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and channel partners worldwide.
• Oversee onboarding of clients and large enterprise deals.
