Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead a global software engineering organization of 35–70 engineers across Silicon Valley, Armenia, and other locations.

You will report to the CEO and drive engineering execution, delivery, quality, and growth while partnering with Product Management, Architecture, and Customer Success to deliver enterprise-grade software with speed and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large software engineering organizations.
• Strong background in networking, data center tech, or cloud infrastructure.
• Track record delivering enterprise-grade software with speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering org of 35–70 engineers across multiple locations.
• Drive execution, delivery, quality, and organizational growth.
• Partner with Product Management, Architecture, and Customer Success.
• Build managers and scale engineering without bureaucracy.
• Promote Agile/Scrum practices with metrics and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment between technical strategy and delivery schedules.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
