Job summary

sghcorp.com is seeking a Global VP of AI Talent Acquisition to define the global strategy, governance, and end-to-end processes for AI-focused talent acquisition across regions. The role concentrates on leading executive hiring, building differentiated approaches to attract AI/mL talent, and improving quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience.

Based in Fremont, CA, the position is onsite three days per week.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership, including global/multi-region scope and executive hiring experience.
• Experience sourcing, assessing, and closing AI/ML and data talent across levels with market insights.
• Ability to build governance, operating models, and scalable TA processes across geographies.
• Strong analytics and executive communication; translate TA metrics into actions.
• Experience with ATS strategy, data standards, adoption, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global TA strategy, governance, and operating model across regions.
• Lead end-to-end executive hiring with senior leaders and HR in partnership with the business.
• Develop sourcing and assessment strategies for AI/ML and data roles; calibrate interview frameworks.
• Own the global TA KPI framework and reporting; consolidate regional performance for exec reviews.
• Set global TA systems strategy (ATS) and ensure data integrity and cross-region reporting.
• Design and govern global recruiting programs and onboarding frameworks.
• Lead relationships with external partners and shape EVP messaging to attract AI/data talent.
