Job summary

Bentley Systems, Incorporated seeks a Vice President, Global Solution Engineering to lead its worldwide technical sales organization. The role drives ARR growth, account engagement, and proactive, AI-enabled engineering initiatives across regions.

Lead the global Solution Engineering organization and set strategic direction.
Drive ARR growth and account expansion through resource alignment.
Evolve toward AI-enabled, forward-deployed engineering models.
Establish discovery as a core discipline and translate insights into opportunities.
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Services, Product and Marketing.
Develop scalable technical sales motions and repeatable capabilities.
Represent Bentley with executive presence in strategic accounts and forums.
