Qualifications

• 2+ years in VIP Management or Senior Account Management in iGaming or sports betting.
• Strong knowledge of the New Jersey iGaming market and NJDGE regulations.
• Proven ability to analyze player data and drive retention and revenue strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high-value clients.
• Experience with CRM platforms Salesforce and Optimove, plus Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP players to maximize retention and LTV.
• Serve as primary contact for high-value accounts, managing communications with discretion.
• Execute targeted retention and reactivation strategies to reduce churn.
• Analyze player behavior and metrics to inform reinvestment and bonus strategies.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Payments to deliver tailored promotions and exclusive experiences.
• Ensure VIP engagement aligns with Responsible Gaming and NJDGE requirements.
• Act as escalation point for VIP issues with strong problem-solving skills.
• Monitor competitor VIP programs and trends to enhance player experience.
