Job summary

Bybit is seeking a data professional to analyze VIP user behavior across the full lifecycle, build dashboards for VIP and Earn metrics, and conduct deep-dive analyses on product engagement and revenue signals. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze VIP user behavior across the full lifecycle — from tier qualification and upgrade/downgrade patterns to engagement, trading activity, and churn signals
• 2. Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track VIP program performance, Earn product metrics, and key user health indicators
• 3. Conduct deep-dive analyses on Earn product performance, including subscription/redemption flows, yield trends, asset allocation behavior, and user retention
• 4. Identify high-value user segments, model LTV, and provide data-driven recommendations to support VIP tier design, benefits optimization, and retention strategies
• 5. Monitor data quality and integrity across VIP and Earn systems, identifying and resolving metric discrepancies
• 6. Support business and product teams with ad-hoc data requests, A/B test analysis, and impact assessments for new features and campaigns
• 7. Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for VIP and Earn-related datasets
• 8. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — including product, marketing, and finance — to define metrics, align on data definitions, and standardize reporting
• 9. Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to support user growth and monetization strategies

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• 2.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
• 3.
• Background in financial products, wealth management, membership/loyalty programs, or fintech required
• 4.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python or R)
• 5.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
• 6.
• Solid understanding of user lifecycle analysis — activation, retention, churn, and LTV modeling
• 7.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• 8.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• 10.
• Comfortable working across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with crypto financial products — staking, flexible/fixed Earn, DeFi yield mechanisms, or structured products

• Experience analyzing high-value or tiered user programs (VIP, private banking, or loyalty tiers)

• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or machine learning techniques
