• Define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams
• Drive alignment between business and technical stakeholders and communicate technology trade-offs
• Identify and mitigate risks by analyzing system architectures and dependencies
• Establish and maintain program metrics and regularly review progress with leadership
• Prepare narratives and program documents for senior leadership with clear recommendations
