Waymo LLC in the United States seeks an experienced program management and operations leader to manage vendor service delivery, enablement, governance, and strategic decisions for our global operations footprint.

Reporting to the Head of Remote Assistance & Vehicle Dispatch, the role will collaborate across Legal, Regulatory, Safety, Product, Engineering, and Workforce Management to drive scalable, compliant outcomes with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Legal Studies, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, regulatory compliance, or vendor management.
• Proven ability to write operational standards and compliance documentation for technical workflows.
• Experience working under ambiguity and leading cross-functional alignment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with PM framework experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for formal documentation and leadership briefs.

Responsabilités

• Manage Vendor Service Delivery & Enablement: provide tools, workflows, data access, and support to ensure SLA compliance during scaling.
• Implement Global Governance & Quality Control: establish governance, change management, and QC across vendor relationships.
• Support Strategic Decision-Making & Footprint Expansion: evaluate vendor choices, location strategy, and multi-tier footprints for Remote Assistance.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Safety, Product, Engineering, and Workforce Management.
• Serve as Regulatory & Process SME: draft legal/operational docs and respond to regulators and partners.
