Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Director of Global Supply Chain to build and lead the supply chain function for the Dive-XL product, ensuring material readiness and supplier alignment across global sites.

You will own strategic sourcing, production planning, supplier development, and ERP/MRP systems, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Program Management to transform the function into a durable, scalable operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years in supply chain, materials management, planning, or manufacturing operations.
• 8+ years managing people and at least 3 years managing managers or leading a multi-team function.
• Demonstrated leadership of demand and supply planning, S&OP, supplier development, procurement, sourcing engineering, and material control in a global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the global Undersea Dominance supply chain function.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, PM, and Business Development across global suppliers and manufacturing sites.
• Own the readiness sequence for manufacturing BOM release, including risk assessment and alternate component strategy.
• Define and drive the S&OP process and governance; establish metrics and accountability.
